Achieving complete Sexual Fulfillment

Coital Movements

The up-and-down motion which we employ during coitus is an extremely limited and partially impractical method of obtaining a sufficient variety of contact between all parts of the primary sexual female sex organs. Woman's most sensitive region is around the clitoris, man's around the glans. If these regions are to be brought into varied contact, a rotary movement, such as most Oriental women practice, is far more effective for both partners.

The Rotary Motion

It is no accident that erotic dancing in all nations-the stripteases grind in our civilization, the so-called belly dancer in North Africa and the Middle East, or the Hula in the Pacific-employs a rotary movement of the hips. It is the only movement that can fully satisfy both men and women. Another variant that few white American women know about (though American Negro women have preserved a knowledge of it) is a short, very rapid kind of tremble that can either take place sideways, or forward and backward. The teasing movement is so fast that it is more of a vibration than a stroke. If you have ever watched a good Negro shake dancer, you will know what I mean.

The movements do not come to the American woman with the same ease with which they work out
sexual positions. They also take greater muscular control than most possess. Yet they are more important than any other exercise that she may indulge in-be it for sports or for slimming. And apart from the pleasure they will give wife and husband, they will also help the wife to keep trim. In fact, nature has invented no better slimming method for woman than the proper and regular performance of a form of coitus that involves every muscle in her body-and especially those that were supplied by nature for this purpose.
